Q: Can I Reuse my bucket?
A: Yes we offer refill kits so you can get fresh soil and a new seed for a new cycle!
Q: Do I need to use a special light cycle?
A: No, we suggest you keep your light on 18 hours and off for 6. You also DO NOT have to cut your light cycle for the plant to flower since these are auto flowers.
Q: Does the bucket have drainage?
A: Yes there are holes at the bottom of the bucket to provide drainage.
Q: Are your boxes discrete?
A: Yes
Q: How often should i water?
A: It all depends on location of the grow along with humidity and other factors. you can feel the soil though and tell if its drying out. Be careful not to overwater the plant though in its early stages.
Q: Where is the best place to grow my plant?
A: you can grow it anywhere! Outdoors under the sun is the best if you are in a climate that supports it. A grow tent is a great option or just in your closet under a light.

A: Our Facebook page offers tons of customer pictures! Also we have a sponsorship with a youtuber too showing their full grow cycle!
Q: What happens if the product im subscribed to is out of stock?
A: We will replace it with the most similar product we have available at the time.
Q: what if my seed doesn’t germinate?
A: we will do a one time replacement of the seed. (We have ways of asking for proof)
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: After you order your package takes 1-3 days to be boxed and shipped and after shipped usually 1-4 days to deliver. (2-7 days)
Q: My package hasn't arrived yet after it says it was delivered what do I do?
A: Contact the shipping carrier and give them your tracking number to see what may of went wrong.
(carrier will most likely be UPS if not then USPS)
