I ordered Gorilla Skittlezes. I did as was instructed about planting seed. After two weeks seed had not come up.
I emailed the company to ask for another seed to be sent to me as that is what is advertised. They will send one replacement seed. I was sent a reply. They asked me if I was giving it enough time to come up. As I stated earlier. I didn't even email them until it had been after 14 days. But yet I was made to feel by them that I had done something wrong.
I was never sent a replacement seed. So now I just have a very expensive bucket of soil I paid 55 dollars for. And no seed.
I wished this company would honor what it says. So I can give it a honest review. But as far as the customer service goes. It is not good. They make you feel as though it is your fault that you wasted your money purchasing with them. And offer no resolution to the problem.
Had no problem with it coming up from seed can’t wait to see what it looks like and smell.
